• Credit and debit cards are accepted online. You will be directed to our online payment center once you have completed and submitted the above online registration form.

• The 2016 Fall Semester runs September through December. For weekly private voice lessons, monthly rates are determined by dividing the number of lessons in the semester and splitting the total cost into 4 equal monthly payments due Sep 1, Nov 1, Oct 1, and Dec 1.

• YOUR CHILD IS NOT REGISTERED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A TUITION PAYMENT (for Musical Theatre Classes) or $45 REGISTRATION FEE (for Voice Lessons).

REFUND POLICIES

• For theatre classes, full refund (less a $25 administrative fee) will be made if registration is canceled by the first day of class.

​• For voice lessons, refund will be pro-rated based on the number of lessons completed upon at the time of cancellation. NO REFUNDS will be issued if canceled after the 15th of the month. Please email thepinedaconservatory@gmail.com
