Pineda Conservatory of the Performing Arts
The Private Voice Studio at Pineda Conservatory
Whether you dream to perform on Broadway or at the Met, whether you long to sing in a rock band, in your church choir, or just in your shower, our professional voice faculty offers the training, individualized attention and support you need to realize your goals and dreams.
At Pineda Conservatory, the emphasis is on developing proper vocal technique in order to provide a healthy, well-produced sound regardless of the musical style or performance medium. We also strive to improve performance practices while also building poise and self-confidence.
Students are encouraged to audition and participate in appropriate performance opportunities in the community. Our students are regularly cast in leading roles in their school shows and in community theatre and go on to attend the nation's leading conservatories and theatre programs. Nearly 100 students are currently enrolled in private voice lessons at PCPA.
Pineda Conservatory voice teachers are NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) certified. Collectively, the Pineda Conservatory faculty has performed on Broadway, off-Broadway and Regionally, on opera stages around the country, on concert stages with symphony orchestras as well as rock bands and in intimate clubs and cabaret rooms. Please note an important change to our Voice Studio make-up lesson policy:
For missed lessons or lessons scheduled on your religious holiday, at least 24-hour notice is required to qualify for a make-up. If scheduling allows, your make-up options include rescheduling on another date or have your make-up lesson time added to an existing lesson. For religious holidays, you also have the option to have us credit your account. If given less than 24-hours, make-up is at the discretion of the teacher and no account credits will be permitted.
For student-missed lessons, students will be allowed 1 make-up lesson per semester (not including excused religious holiday), if we are given at least 24-hour notice. All teacher-missed lessons are eligible for make-up or account credit.
