Private Lessons and Coachings at The Pineda Studio
Whether you dream of performing on Broadway or at The Met, long to rock out with the band, worship in your church choir, make your school choir, rank in Regional or All-State, or just sound better in your shower, our professional faculty offers the training, individualized attention and support you need to realize your goals and dreams.
At the Pineda Studio, we emphasize the development of proper vocal technique in order to provide a healthy, well-produced sound regardless of musical style or performance medium. Well-known for our in-depth audition preparation, our reputation is that of having some of the best-prepared students. We strive to improve performance practices while also building poise and self-confidence.
Students are encouraged to audition and participate in the many appropriate performance opportunities in the community. Our students are regularly cast in leading roles in their school shows and community theatre productions, rank high in Regional and All-State Choirs, solo in their school choirs and local houses of worship, and go on to attend the nation's leading conservatories and theatre programs, and continuing their professional pursuits in "the business."
The Pineda Studio voice teachers are NATS certified (National Association of Teachers of Singing). Collectively, the Pineda Studio and Conservatory faculty have performed on Broadway, off-Broadway and Regionally, on opera stages around the country, on concert stages with symphony orchestras as well as rock bands and in intimate clubs and cabaret rooms. Please note an important change to our Voice Studio make-up lesson policy:
For missed lessons or lessons scheduled on your religious holiday (unless studio is already scheduled to be closed - see above), at least 24-hour notice is required to qualify for a make-up. If scheduling allows, your make-up options include rescheduling on another date or have your make-up lesson time added to an existing lesson. If given less than 24-hours, make-up is at the discretion of the teacher and no account credits will be permitted.
For student-missed lessons, students will be allowed 1 make-up lesson per semester (not including excused religious holiday), if given at least 24-hour notice. All teacher-missed lessons are eligible for make-up or account credit.
For a full explanation of all the new Pineda Conservatory Voice Studio Policies (make-up lessons, cancellations, holidays, etc.), please download our Policy Statement.
Pineda Conservatory is all-inclusive and does not discriminate based on age, sex, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability.
