To request an audition for the Pineda Summer Conservatory Center Stage Program, fill out the form below and submit. You wll receive in email confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation or would prefer to call for an appointment, contact Valerie at (908) 731-1377 or email pinedaconservatory@comcast.net.
IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR
ALL PROGRAMS

PAYMENTS can be made in full or in two (2) installments, the 1st due with your application and the 2nd due on/before May 1, 2011.
Cash, check, and CC accepted. Please note CC payments are subject to an addition $25 processing fee.
REFUNDS will be made (less a $25 administrative fee) if requested by June 1, 2011. For refund requests made after June 1st, 25% will be retained as an operational cost.
No refunds will be granted AFTER June 15, 2011.
REFER a friend and receive $50 off your tuition upon your friend's acceptance and registration in the program.
NOTE: only 1 referral discount permitted per student. The new student MUST note referral on their registration form.
SCHOLARSHIPS are available based on merit and/or financial need. For financial assistance, please submit (1) a letter of recommendation from a teacher and (2) a formal request letter detailing your circumstances. Both letters must accompany your Registration Form in order for consideration.
